We aim for a quick dispatch and delivery of your parcel however there are times that parcels will be either delayed or lost in the post. We have no control over the parcel once it is dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of being marked as dispatched please do the following before contacting us:
- Check that the item has definately been dispatched- you should recieve an e-mail when it has. You can also check the "My Account" section of our website. If the item has been dispatched this means that the item has been sent and is no longer under our control.
- Wait until 15 working days have passed, the Royal Mail's terms and conditions state that this is the period of time which must have elapsed before a lost parcel claim is issued. We are aware that this waiting period will lead to frustration but sadly we are unable to act until this time has passed.
- Check your local postal sorting office, in many cases items needed a signature on arrival are taken to a sorting office when there is nobody avaliable to sign for the parcel. In order to find your local sorting office call the Royal Mail's help line on 0845 6050767
