GDPR Policy

Once you register an account and place an order with us, the details we receive are; your name, your address, your telephone number and your email address.

We do not store any card details. The card details are taken and disposed of by the secure payment company called Sage Pay. They are then checked using a system called 3D secure (this ensures that the transaction you are trying to make is not fraudulent). The only information we receive is notification that your payment has cleared.

With the details we have collected, we contact you about your order, provide delivery details and use them to see the specifics of your order if you should ever contact us with a query. The only information we ever pass on to third parties is your delivery details, and those third parties are couriers and the IT department we outsource some of our services to.

You may also optionally give consent to allow us to occasionally, from time to time, contact you via email with our most recent offers. You can opt out of this at anytime by following the unsubscribe link on a newsletter email

We can permanently delete any order information we have on our systems very easily. Should you want us to do this you should contact us and let us know.

Before completing an order, you will see a tick box to indicate you have read the above information and that you consent to us storing and using your information in this way. If you wish to withdraw your consent, this can be done at any time. Just contact us and let us know.

We have a very complex security system to protect your data. We use multiple firewalls and if someone attempted to access this from outside of our business premises we would receive immediate notification of the breach.

If you believe your information has been misused by us, you can make a complaint to the ICO who will investigate your claim.
