Distribution at its best
Outstanding!!! Can't speak highly enough of this fantastic seller...emailed a delivery query to them and they responded within an hour..it was regarding a preorder Xbox game,which they stated that if I ordered that day would be delivered the next...and it was!! Superb service from start to finish,it was my first time using them and will definately not be the last.

GOOD friendly service. television delivered as described - it was an exdisplay but looks like its never been opened. only slight complaint would be delivery time - being a very large product the company did not keep to the 1-2 days on the description, or the 3-5 days in the FAQ. but this is forgiven when you see the size of it, the condition of it, and the bargain of the cost.
They didn't have my product, but it didn't matter I ordered a 32 inch Toshiba 720p with no issues. I was then told by phone that they no longer had this product. They also said they would swap it for a full hd ld32 LG television at no extra charge. I was sent the spec for the tv and was very happy. The TV came in two days and was in immaculate condition. I thought it has to be new, it looks too new for it to be second hand. Everything worked fine, and i am still very happy. I have told people that tv's should be bought from this site. Great prices and service.

Excellent service with rapid delivery. The website is clear and easy to navigate with great prices The online order service is quick and easy. When contacted by telephone they were helpful, efficient and sorted the problem straight away. I would definitely recommend this company. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating was that the television that I purchased was not full UK spec which was not indicated on the website. However when I brought this to their attention they immediately arranged for the television to be collected and updated the description on the website. A refund was also made as soon as the television was received back.

Fast, fair priced, high quality service I'm very aware of poor quality of service these days, and when I originally tried to get my order from The Hut website I was disappointed to see it took them 4 days just to get it out of the warehouse. RLRdistribution.co.uk were the complete opposite. I ordered in the morning, and by mid-afternoon I am informed that the order is on a delivery van and on the move! WOW was I impressed. Seriously when you compare these guys to the level of service you get at so many companies (shops, phones, utility bills) they were amazing, lightning quick, and the price was in the top 3 cheapest on the web. Love the site, love the service. Bookmarked and will keep returning

Outstanding +++ Unbelievable efficiency and hard to beat prices. Placed the order on a Monday, the items were delivered 2 days later - even before the dispatch email had been issued! Could not have been any easier.
Amazing I was a bit skeptical at first that they sell ex-display products, but the price was too good, and I read good reviews about them. I gave them a go, and when by LG 42" 3D TV arrived, i was amazed. It was boxed as if it was brand new. All the accessories, screws and remote were sealed in the original plastic bag. Even the stand was untouched and plastic wrapped. The entire TV had the original plastic film around it. If I didn't know this was ex-display, I could have easily been fooled for this being brand new. I'm a very happy customer and I saved almost £200 !

Fantastic service considering Rlrdistrubution - distributed my game the day after I ordered it, unfortunately because of the long Jubilee weekend Royal mail took a further 8-10 days to deliver it. Despite it not being any fault of the company I received a friendly email from a human - not a robot. Apologising and explaining that they are trying to resolve the issue. I also got a follow up phone call once I had received the product to confirm everything. Really great customer service and great prices, I would recommend this company.
Fantastic customer service! We were desperate to find a specific TV which was for a commercial installation and we'd already been let down by another online retailer who'd led us down the garden path. As soon as I spoke to RLR, they confirmed that they had the TV in stock and could deliver it by courier the following morning. The TV arrived just as promised and we were able to complete the installation ... I even received a call to confirm that we'd received the TV ... superb customer service. I would certainly recommend RLR Distribution and will be using them to source TV's again.
